兵庫県南部地震における被害調査
１９９５年１月１７日早朝に発生した「兵庫県南部地震」は多数の人命を奪い、各地に甚大な損害を与えました。平成７年２月２４日から２７日までの４日間、私たち調査団は、建設省住宅局建築震災調査委員会の委託を受け「阪神・淡路大震災被災建築物緊急調査」の一環として芦屋市を中心に神戸市中央区三宮、東灘区にかけて、建築構造物の被害調査を行いました。この調査団のメンバーは、池田昭男教授、倉田光春教授、黒田浩司教授、千葉正裕助教授、浅里和茂助教授の以上５名です。
